What level of care do you require?
Require gently assistance but mostly independent
Able to walk up to 100m without assistance
Able to commuicate needs and ask questions if concerned
PHC carer fee is shared by others in the group
Care Level 1 - Low Care is Needed
Care Level 2 - Medium Care is Needed
Help is needed for transfers
Support is needed due to cognitive issues
Able to be mostly independent
PHC carer fee to be shared by group
Care Level 3 - High Care is Needed
One on one support is needed
Care is required frequently and for all transfers
You require close assistance
PHC carer is hired for extra hours @ 45+gst per hour/ day rate
Medication and medical support is needed
Monitoring of blood pressure and vitals
If there are concerns from client or family that require extra assistance
PHC nurse is hired @ 60+gst per hour/ night care to be arranged
Nurse Care is Needed
No Carer is needed for the trip
Don’t need us? Thats great! We can take care of your booking at standard RealNZ rates. Your group can enjoy the adventure independently. Don’t forget to let us know how much fun you had!
All trips will be confirmed for Health and Safety by PHC management and PHC has the right to adjust care levels due to safety for themselves or others. Clients will be given notice if any changes are made. PHC has the right to refuse care due to safety. Each trip will communicate levels of care available.
