Wonderful Support and care
“My wife Barb and I have been using the services of Penny’s Home Care for the past two and a half years. We’ve both had a few health problems, such as, in my case, secondary melanoma cancer and open heart surgery. Barb had brain surgery for a glioblastoma tumour in May 2020.
We’ve had the support of full-time care from the PHC carers throughout this time, and it is very much due to their wonderful support and care that, firstly, I am recovered, and Barb retains a quality of life that would be unattainable by any other means. To be cared for at home is the very essence of successful health recovery and an ongoing way of life.
In all this time, we have not once been let down by “no shows” or by the quality of every one of the amazing group of carers on our roster. They instinctively go the extra mile to ensure our care and comfort, embracing all aspects of personal care, household chores and cooking duties.
Under Sarah’s more recent ownership and management, the service retains all the special qualities we can recommend as 5-star plus.”
