  • Personal care services include help with showering, bathing, dressing, and help to get up from bed or return to bed. We can help with most personal care needs.

  • We have nurses who offer a 90-minute health review to discuss needs and put together a care plan if required. (The plan can be revised monthly if the client is independent and they don’t want any immediate care.)

    The 90-minute health review assesses, general health, mood, medication, physical exercise/any currently prescribed physiotherapy exercise, eating and drinking and general wellbeing.

    The health review is an informal meeting, usually done over a cuppa, and provides reassurance for the elderly relative and the family. Our nurses can provide a written report outlining the health review if the client gives their permission for this information to be shared.
